INTRODUCTION:

Parashat Niṣṣavim (Deut. 29:9-30:20) contains the following sidrot:
Hundred-and-Sixty-Third Sidra՚, the covenant renewed, and the prophecy of restoration;
Hundred-and-Sixty-Fourth Sidra՚ (continues into the next parasha), the Torah is easily accessible, and the two ways.
